We want every ST★RLUXE order to arrive correctly and in great condition.

Because many products are made-to-order, returns are only accepted for:
• Damaged items
• Incorrect items received
• Major printing/manufacturing defects

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description

If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
